Restaurant Week, Dancing, and More Food: Things to Do This Weekend in DC (April 20-22)
All of your food photo submissions for Womply’s Favorite Eats Photo Contest are making us hungry – in a good way. Don’t forget that there is still over a week left in the contest, meaning that there’s still plenty of time to take some great food pictures this weekend. If you’re planning to submit a photo in our contest, don’t forget to read our last blog post filled with tips and tricks to get a great photo.
We’ve gathered some great recommendations for you to do in the DC area this weekend. Enjoy the nice weather, and get some well-deserved relaxation in. Here are our weekend picks:
Check out Bethesda Row’s Restaurant Week
It’s Spring Restaurant Week at Bethesda Row. The next couple days are the perfect opportunity to catch the end of this fun event. Pick a place you’ve never tried and enjoy its special restaurant week menu for lunch or dinner. For the list of restaurants participating, click here.
Move to the rhythm of the beat at Dance in the Circle
Dance in the Circle is a 6-hour dance festival that is free and open to the public. The event takes place on Saturday from 3pm-9pm at the center of Dupont Circle Park. There will be dance performances, a DJ, and instructional sessions so anyone can go and have a good time. For the schedule and more information, click here.
Treat yourself to a great meal
Don’t want to go to restaurant week but still want to do something fun? Now is a great time to use Womply. Go to a restaurant that you know you love or try out one of our merchants you’ve never visited. Whether it’s a nice night out at J&G Steakhouse, brunch at Smith Commons, or some cocktails at Policy, we hope you enjoy yourself.
Have a great weekend!
